FERMENT the FESTIVAL is the only festival in Australia to bring together most of the foods and beverages we all love in the one location. From cheese to chocolate, charcuterie, sour dough bread, kimchi, kombucha, gin, beer, cider to name a few.
Ferment will include a Food Lab and a Liquid Lab for hands on learning. We will create a platform for Heroes and Stories offering our visitors the opportunity to meet and hear from the experts. If you love good food and drinks you will enjoy what will be on offer at this unique Festival that celebrates an ancient process in a contemporary way.
Tickets will be available online and limited tickets at the gate.
