At Burger Theory, we think about burgers a lot. We spend a lot of time making them too. In 2011 we started selling them from Adelaide's first roaming food truck, and in October 2013 we opened our first fixed store at the corner of Ebenezer Place and Union St in Adelaide's East End.
Our beef is ground in house from whole Coorong Angus chuck muscles. All patties are cooked and seasoned to order. They are never frozen, never kept more than 48 hours and never held above four degrees - that is, until they hit the grill.
Our Greenslade chicken thigh fillets are genuinely free range and grilled while you wait. We make and serve a fresh batch of Wisconsin-style ice cream, known as frozen custard, every day.
Forget the dubious 'health' claims made by some burger joints; if it's a burger you're after, you deserve one made with the burger's best interests at heart!
