Echo Farm is a living-breathing museum for international visitors wishing to experience country Australia, or for families with children, or for those who just want to enjoy a nostalgic moment away from today’s fast world.
Experience life on a small pioneer farm, interact with a range of farm and native animals that live in the paddocks, and explore the collection of household and farming implements in the cottage and outbuildings.
The self-guided Echo Farm Walk offers visitors a glimpse of rural Australian life as it was a hundred years ago. Feed the animals and touch some of our favourites including wallaby and horses. Open the cupboards and you'll find things you never knew about or things you may have forgotten.
Local produce, snacks and drinks are available. Groups welcome any time by prior arrangement.
Suitable for 3 years to any age. Some walking on uneven ground required. Covered shoes recommended.
Allow 1 to 2 hours for a casual visit but can be done quicker if time poor. No pets allowed. Non-smoking establishment. Please note we offer a farm experience with animals but are not a traditional petting zoo.
