Bread lovers behold! On Friday’s our famous FINO loaves are available to the public. Available from 12:30pm every Friday until sold out, we offer a boutique edition bake of three loaf styles. • The Fino loaf – Our signature FINO sourdough and humble menu superstar. • White Rustic loaf – A simple, soft, open-crumb loaf with an Italian accent. • Sprouted Rye – A dark, German loaf strewn with sprouted rye, wheat and seeds. • Fino Fruit Loaf – SA dried apricots, sultanas, almonds and pepitas. Beautifully-crafted and regionally-inspired, all FINO loaves are naturally leavened with our own sourdough starter culture. We use reverse osmosis Vestal water, sea salt and individual blends of Lauckes Wallaby, Clare Valley Pankarra and Four Leaf rye and wholemeal flours.
