Adelaide Hills, Secrets and Surprises - 3F
Only half an hour from the centre of Adelaide, the Adelaide Hills offer visitors a delightful collection of attractions with a distinctly South Australian flavour ... village galleries featuring local crafts, Australian native wildlife, wine tasting and botanic gardens ... all can be selected to suit your interests. This full day tour allows you to discover the charm of Hahndorf, Australia's oldest German settlement and home of the late Sir Hans Heysen, one of Australia's greatest artists. On certain days you may visit The Cedars, his home and studio to view some of the rarer examples of his work and stroll in the property's country cottage gardens. You may enjoy the spectacular views at Mount Lofty. A relaxing afternoon allows a stroll through the Mount Lofty Botanic Gardens. Visit Cleland Wildlife Sanctuary and enjoy a close encounter with native animals.
