Kangaroo Island Wildlife Adventure
Our tours start when we pick you up from Adelaide and travel to Cape Jervis and jump on the ferry to cross Backstairs Passage to Penneshaw.
Our days include encounters with sea lions at Seal Bay, sand-boarding at Little Sahara, kayaking down Harriet River, snorkelling and swimming at beautiful North Coast beaches and optional quad biking.
Overnight is spent at farm house accommodation, surrounded by wildlife. After dinner we spend the night around the campfire, story telling, wildlife spotting and playing the didgeridoo. Sleep inside in bunk beds, with all bedding provided.
We check out Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch, where we view a colony of New Zealand Fur Seals. We spend time in the Flinders Chase National Park where we choose a selection of short hikes. Flinders Chase is home to vast tracts of untamed wilderness, the elusive platypus and other wildlife.
We make our way back to Penneshaw for the return crossing to Cape Jervis and the drive back into Adelaide, usually arriving at about 8.30pm.
