18ASD - Victor Harbor and McLaren Vale and Big Duck Cruise
Travel through the picturesque Adelaide Hills into the Fleurieu Peninsula, where the vines meet the sea. Pass through Goolwa and onto Victor Harbor, one of South Australia's most popular seaside towns.
Whilst in Victor, board the Big Duck for a 45 minute cruise out to Seal Rock, where you will get to see sea lions, fur seals and dolphins at play/basking in the sun. During May to October, you may even see the whales that take up their home in Encounter Bay.
After a quick break for lunch (own expense), it back to Adelaide via the popular wine region, McLaren Vale, where you will have free time to explore the main street. Sample an array of local produce/taste some wines at the nearby cellar doors.
Operates: 9.15am Wednesday & Saturday - from the Adelaide Central Bus Station, 85 Franklin Street.
Note: The Big Duck Boat Tour routes are dependent on weather conditions and locations of wildlife and are subject to change because of this. Due to its annual maintenance program, the Big Duck Boat Tour will not be operating from 28 April to 04 June 2016 (inclusive).
