Wirrina Coastline Walk (Fleurieu Peninsula)

A 3 hour guided walk featuring a historic cave, a prehistoric beach, an upside-down cliff, over 1700 million years of geology, the Tjilbruke story and a spectacular western Fleurieu coastline at low tide. You must have sturdy enclosed footwear to do this walk because some of it requires walking across rough rocks. NO thongs, sandals, crocs, flats, moccasins, high heels or bare feet. Dates by arrangement, subject to favourable tide conditions. What to bring: - camera - sturdy, enclosed shoes - water- - sunscreen, hat & sunglasses - clothing appropriate for weather forecast Moderate agility is required for this tour. 1 to 11 people per tour Meet at the HMAS Hobart Memorial Lookout car park which is 5 km south of Normanville; on the west side of the Fleurieu Peninsula. Our minibus shuttles you from there to the start of the walk. The walk takes about 3 hours to return to the Memorial.
