$50 is for accommodation providers located in South Australian regions and Adelaide suburbs

All persons entering the ballot will be notified if they have been successful or not via text message and email on 23 September 2021.

Hotels, glamping tents, cabins and holiday parks are just a few examples of the types of accommodation available, covering all South Australian regions.

No. Vouchers are allocated as per the Terms and Conditions and cannot be changed once allocated.

If you are successful in the ballot, you will be able to book your stay from 9am Thursday 23 September until 11:59pm ACST on Thursday 14 October 2021. The travel period runs from 23 September to 10 December 2021 inclusive (excluding Saturday nights).

Saturday night stays cannot be booked with a Great State Voucher, unless they are booked as part of a multi-night stay (eg Friday and Saturday is booked together, OR Saturday and Sunday. The voucher discount will then be applied to the Friday night or Sunday night stay).

Data shows that Saturday nights are still strong without stimulus. For example, during Great State Voucher round four, Adelaide hotel occupancy say a high of 56% on Saturday 21 August without vouchers, compared to Friday 20 August at 55% which was stimulated with voucher bookings.

It continues to be mid-week, particularly Sunday to Thursday nights when the stimulus is most needed.
