Overview
For the first time ever, 3x3 Pro Hustle will hit the beach, the City of Holdfast Bay to play host to Australia’s finest 3x3 ballers from Saturday May 28 to Sunday May 29 at Glenelg.
3x3 Pro Hustle is an exciting and fast-paced basketball format. It is a three a side game played with a single backboard in a half-court set up. Long played in streets and gyms across the world, 3x3 Pro Hustle debuted as an Olympic sport at the 2020 Tokyo games and continues to grow in popularity.
3x3Hustle encourages spectators to also come along to the free event, with 3x3 Pro Hustle’s official Beer Partner, Atomic, serving up some fresh beverages, a DJ creating some great vibes and the beach views making for some priceless Instagram snaps.
The Glenelg event will have two parts; on the Saturday, junior teams will be able to test their skills on the 3x3 court with a 3x3 Street Hustle, and on Sunday the Pro Hustle teams will then battle it out for ultimate Pro Hustle Glenelg glory, with prize money up for grabs for the winners.
There will also be another court in action on the day for spectators and participants of all ages and abilities to shoot some hoops next to the breathtaking Glenelg Beach. This is a free event with loads of prizes.
