CheeseFest+FERMENT is a two day celebration of all things Cheese and all things Fermented being held on the 27th and 28th of October, 2018.
Bask in the spring sun in the beautiful Rymill Park and sample up the thirty different Australian cheese producers, ten different local restaurants, wineries, breweries and distilleries. Step into the French Quarter for champagne and brie, or head to the Cheese Dome for Toasties, Mac and Cheese, Quattro Formaggio Pizzas and more (Cheese Coma here we come!) There will be Cooking Demos instructing on different fermenting techniques and other cooking masterclasses, including a Mac and Cheese Masterclass from our Master du Fromage - MasterChef’s Matt Preston! (Masterful).
Perfect if you consider yourself a cheese and wine aficionado, a budding fermenter, want a nice weekend picnic, or just want to have a few drinks and some delicious food with your friends.
