Gregory worked across some of the world's best restaurants (Michelin-starred Le Meurice in Paris and Sydney's Quay among them) before a quest for renewal took her to Tasmania. Cooking, fishing, foraging across the island now fill her days, with an SBS television series and new book charting the adventure.

Indulgence floats Young's boat. He's starred in a string of top Sydney kitchens - think Mr Wong, Ms G's, Queen Chow, Totti's, Lotus - and today hosts exclusive dinners as a private chef, using ingredients like lobster, caviar and truffle in dishes that capture Australian produce at its seasonal peak.
