Something hot is taking over Madame Hanoi this June.

Chilli Fest is back for four weeks only!
Head Chef Sean Thomas finds unique ways to infuse South-East Asian chilli into each limited dish. From chilli salted egg yolk featured in this year’s Red Curry Beef Tartare, to green chilli apple gel atop Freshly Shucked Coffin Bay Oysters.

For the ultimate Chilli Fest feast, we recommend the Pork Hock banquet, featuring our Crispy Fried Pork Hock with chilli caramel - exclusive to Thursday evenings.

The chilli infusion doesn’t stop with the food. We’ll be serving ice cold margaritas with bite. Choose from Chilli, Mango, Guava and Passionfruit.
