Conversations With Duncan Welgemoed and Nick Ryan

A Culture Club special event – Thanks to Imprints Booksellers, Africola chef Duncan Welgemoed is visiting and hosting an intimate evening of conversation, drinks, bites, and open-flame cooking appreciation.

Joining him will be Nick Ryan, senior wine writer for The Australian and a columnist for The World of Fine Wine and contributor to Halliday Magazine.

Ahead of Tasting Australia, the acclaimed Welgemoed is set to share stories and inspiration from his new cook book Cooking with Fire: and chat with Nick Ryan.

Over the years, Welgemoed has become Adelaide’s official spirit animal – mythical beast, troublemaker, conversation starter. He has been awarded South Australia’s best chef and restaurant numerous times and featured in countless magazines, newspapers and TV shows around the world – so come and hear what he has to say!
