Flavours of fare is the third event making up Sparkke at the Whitmore's New Years event series.
For those wanting to end the year with a delicious eight course degustation experience, Sparkke at the Whitmore’s award-winning restaurant fare will be offering Flavours of fare. The eight course menu, created by Head Chef Kelly Delaney, specifically for the night, has been carefully curated to represent fare’s ‘garden to plate’ ethos, using seasonal local produce.
Kicking off with a Full Circle Cocktail on arrival, guests will be treated to courses that include Hiramasa Kingfish with watermelon radish and native finger limes, Crisp Duck breast with medjool date and orange, Darling Downs Wagyu with japanese mustard, hasselback potatoes, and a celebratory Pineapple, Coconut and Mango splice for dessert to bring in the new year.
It will be a delicious, indulgent and special night.
