Overview

In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book.

Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments.

Meditations for a Clear Mind. Go on a voyage of exploration of your mind to discover your own inner potential for lasting peace and happiness.

Finding Stillness Within. Through training in mindfulness and concentration we can improve the quality of our life by overcoming harmful states of mind and find stillness and peace within.

Building Self Confidence. See how Buddhist wisdom offers us a different way of viewing ourself, relating to the extraordinary potential we all have rather than our limitations.

Breaking Bad Habits. Learn to let go of the negative, limiting thought patterns that underlie our bad habits, and enjoy the peace of true contentment.

No meditation experience is necessary and everyone is welcome.
