Interactive Q&A: Independent Travel with a Wheelchair

From $55.00
Solo travel is one of life's greatest experiences!

This interactive Q&A session will take you through the issues to consider when travelling independently with a wheelchair; from getting assistance at the airport in Pisa to finding an accessible room in London and wheelchair-friendly buses in Moscow.

Using the internet as your research tool, you will learn what to look for on websites and what questions to ask airlines and hotels, from someone who has travelled alone with their walker and portable electric wheelchair, to eight European countries!

This session is presented by Robyn Thompson, former journalist, public relations and communications specialist, international aid worker - now retired and still travelling the world solo.
