Using props, breath-work, and soothing sequences, you'll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more at ease in your body.

What to Expect:
Gentle, stretch and Pilates-based movements to restore balance and mobility
Breath-work to calm the nervous system and deepen your connection within
A slower pace, emphasising alignment and awareness
Mats and props provided
What to Wear/Bring:
Wear comfortable and slightly stretchy clothing. Athletic wear or the like would be the best, but even some stretchy slacks will do the trick. You might like to bring a cushion and/or blanket for the guided meditation which will conclude our session. Think cozy vibes now we're in Autumn.
