When you are a musician, you are forever a musician and SconeFest is a celebration of this! Teaming up with the SA Country Women’s Association Adelaide Branch, we will celebrate a program of original music written by local artists of all ages. There will be original music from some younger artists that were inspired by their grandparents. As well as music from older generations that are still writing and performing their own music. Featuring Frank Loves Joan, Sing Australia and more with a section for slow fashion and bake-offs, and of course the scones! SconeFest will be a nostalgic journey through music and past-times concluding with a large community jam session! Bring along your instrument or your voice to join in!
So, if you have never had a CWS scone then you must attend and for those who have you know why you need to come! A perfect way for the whole family to spend a wintery Sunday afternoon!
SconeFest is part of the Umbrella Winter City Sounds Program.
**This event is free but do register your interest! The ticket includes the afternoons entertainment. Scones are available at a small cost
