This September, Madame Hanoi is getting up close and social with seafood.
Seafood mastermind Sean Thomas has curated a selection of ocean favourites, infusing them with vibrant Southeast Asian elements like wasabi, Bia Hanoi, and turmeric caramel.

They'vee got small dishes like the Fish Bao, that mingles with yellow curry spiced batter, pickled fennel, yuzu mayo, and dill. For something larger, Madame Hanoi's got Bia Hanoi Steamed Mussels lounging about with coconut cream, green chili, lemongrass and Thai basil.

For the ultimate seafood gathering, they recommend the Social Banquet, which features every limited-time dish. Available for dinner Tuesday to Saturday, bookings essential.
