Imperial Measures Distilling is a fully functioning distillery containing it's cellar door venue the Ounce Bar, which showcases their award winning spirits with tasting flights, bespoke cocktails and signature serves.
There is also always a selection of great South Australian beer and wine, and a chef on the grill turning out what have become cult favourite burgers. Lounge on Chesterfield couches while you sip your favourite cocktail and play Survey Says!
