Overview
The Resilience Project’s founder and best-selling author Hugh van Cuylenburg is returning to Adelaide in 2022 due to popular demand.
The Resilience Project’s previously sold-out Public Talks give everyone a chance to learn positive mental health strategies which help us become happier and more resilient. Through engaging storytelling, and unpacking the research into simple tips, Hugh leaves the audience feeling empowered to improve their wellbeing.
Hugh van Cuylenburg has previously partnered with elite sports teams (including Australian cricket, netball, soccer, NRL and AFL teams), over a thousand schools and more than 500 workplaces, teaching simple and prac-tical evidence-based mental health strategies to build resilience and happiness.
The messages behind The Resilience Project’s work have become ever more powerful over the past twelve months due to the uncertainty created during the Coronavirus pandemic. The Public Talks see Hugh walking the audience through his journey as well as telling stories of the incredible people who have inspired him and The Resilience Project to spread happiness.
Join Hugh around the country and the 1,000,000+ Australians who have already experienced The Resilience Project.
