Award-winning Sharon Romeo will host the revelry. Stationed across Fino Vino and Fino Seppeltsfield, Romeo is sure to be at her vivacious best, slinging delicious morsels to all.

Liew specialised in fusion cuisine well before it hit mainstream. A mentor to a new generation of talent and culinary pioneer, best known for a legendary stint at The Grange at the Hilton Adelaide.

Armstrong - Tasting Australia co-director - helms McLaren Vale restaurant The Salopian Inn who’s seasonal menu utilises the freshest kitchen garden ingredients. In nearby Willunga Chen and Wu (recently crowned Gourmet Traveller's best new talent for 2023) also source local produce for their acclaimed wine bar and restaurant Muni.

Baker launched Chefs on Wheels, a ready-made meal delivery service bringing restaurant-quality to busy people. Intarakhamhaeng, meanwhile, leads the kitchen at Pirie Street favourite Soi.38.

Burgess’ intimate new venue Seven and a Half offers leisurely Sunday lunches for just 10 guests at a time.
