During Wellbeing Month, October 2021, Hutt Street will host free come and try QiGong sessions.
Presented by Sarah Divine, White Tiger Quigong sessions involve a series of exercises, breathing techniques and meditations to help keep the body energised & strong, sharpen the mind & hone the spirit.
The sessions are free to participate, but due to social distancing requirements, bookings are essential.
