Explore connections between people, seeds and the food environment with Keitha Thuy Young, disabled farmer, folk herbalist, seed keeper and founder of Seed Freedom festival.

Food Freedom

Connect with the wonderful young farmer, Lucy O’Connell from Village Greens, a small scale urban farm. Discover the joy of connection to where are food is grown- the love and care that goes into producing nourishing food and learn practical tips. And taste and take away some of the best veg in town!

Young and Nourished

Join the dietitians from Adelaide Nutrition for a practical workshop on affordable plant based eating. Be part of a cooking demo and tastings that will feed your soul and body! Discover tips on sourcing cheap nourishing food, recipes and resources provided.

What size is your foodprint?

Explore your own food print, connecting with others around food and your collective impact. Hearing from local food leader to explore their foodprint and take home some key resources, learnings and goodies.
