Le Souk is a place where you can experience genuine Algerian hospitality. Our menu reflects the cultural complexity of Algeria, with influences of French, Jewish, Turkish and Arabic cuisines.
Our flavour's are totally unique, as we create our own spice blends in our cooking and also retail many of our condiments.
Le Souk can be found at two outlets in Adelaide. One, at the iconic and bustling Adelaide Central Markets, where you may take a seat to enjoy a steaming bowl of Chakchouka with refreshing mint tea.
At our second outlet at 99 Gawler Place in the CBD. Dine in for lunch or dinner and try our impressive, slow cooked Lamb Tadjine with prunes accompanied with twice steamed couscous. Share a bottle of Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir with more Algerian specialities; tuna or beef Brik, Oranaise Paella and Massfouf (sweet couscous dessert) just to name a few.
