A Taste of Vintage at Gibson Wines Barossa Valley offers an immersive Barossa winery experience during harvest, celebrating the aroma, energy and theatre of vintage.

There is no substitute for vintage in the Barossa Valley. Guests stand inside a working winery as fruit arrives and the air fills with the aroma of freshly crushed Shiraz.

Some days move fast. Bins arrive. Crushers hum. Shiraz flows.

A Taste of Vintage is a complimentary guided winery tour held during vintage. All visitors attend a short safety briefing before the experience begins.
