Whyalla OneSteel Christmas Pageant & After Pageant Fair

'Christmas on the Avenue' returns on Saturday 29 November from 4 pm, beginning with the OneSteel Christmas Pageant along Nicolson Avenue, bringing colour, music and Christmas cheer to the community.

Festivities continue in Civic Park with the OneSteel After Pageant Fair, coordinated by the Whyalla Show Society, offering a fantastic selection of free family activities, including mini golf, a rock-climbing wall, airbrush tattoos, face painting, plus a variety of food and craft stalls.

As evening approaches, the Santos Community Christmas Carols, also coordinated by the Whyalla Show Society, will fill the park with much-loved Christmas songs. Performances include the Whyalla Singers and the Whyalla Filipino Choir, with Robert Golding as MC for the night. Bring a picnic blanket or chair, pop on a Santa or Christmas-themed hat, and join in the festive fun.

Christmas on the Avenue celebrates the festive season with vibrant entertainment by local performers, engaging activities for all ages, and a fun-filled community gathering in Whyalla.
