In the 1950s and 1960s, the British military tested nuclear bombs of varying sizes on the Nullarbor Plain at a place called Maralinga.

Visit Maralinga township, and learn the secrets of this amazing piece of Australia’s history. Enjoy a guided tour to the actual bomb site to see for yourself some of the Commonwealth’s military history.

After lunch, tour the Maralinga town site, and learn the history of this remote, former military, town.

This is a memorable day in the Outback.
