Blinman is a small outback town popuation less than 20 permanent residents passionate about keeping their town alive.
The Blinman Underground Mine Tour experience is an initiative of the Blinman community . The 10 year project involved extensive excavations to access tunnels that were once worked by the Cornish Miners in 1862.
You can share some of the experiences of the Cornish miners and their families on the personalised fully guided tours combining an intimate theatrical presentation using art and sound scapes. Visitors regularly comment that they felt "transported back in time"
Tours run on the hour seven days a week and last for approximately one hour.
