'Art in the Sticks' - RAW! the exhibition.
Be immersed in the latest offerings at this year’s ‘Art in the Sticks’, with RAW! - an exhibition comprising the work of more than fifteen artists.
Paintings, sculpture, photography, jewellery, furniture, textiles, and wearable art will be housed in unique exhibition spaces including rustic shearer’s quarters at ‘Cluain’, Lucindale, a working organic beef farm.
The unique two-day event offers the chance to indulge in creative workshops, food, wine and beer offerings, with Sunday’s ‘Long Lunch’ catered by McLaren Vale’s ‘BillyDohntDoes’.
Hosted by co-creators and members of the family who own ‘Cluain’, - and described variously over the years as a ‘Woodstock for artists’ - the two day event will showcase music by Archer, Matisse, Tom Lane, Kelly Menhennett and jazz group ‘Two’s Company’, setting the scene for a festival like no other.
Now in its eighth year, 'Art in the Sticks' offers an eclectic gathering of experiences with unique art, food, wine and music, showcasing talent from SA and the Limestone Coast.
‘Art in the Sticks’ will be held on Saturday 29 September and Sunday 30 September with gates open from 11 am to 6pm. Entry $10.00 per adult and children under 15 free. No EFTPOS available. Camping available.
