A stunning day out at Parker Estate awaits those who love to combine the outdoors, cooking over coals, and gorgeous Cabernets.

You'll be cooking;
Braised Lamb with Rosemary and Ale
Chilli Beef topped with Cheddar Corn Bread and Herbs
A crusty Wholemeal Bread Loaf to soak up all of the sauces!

Don't forget about the sweets!
Golden Syrup Dumplings
Mulled Wine using Parker Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

We’ll gather around the campfire and enjoy Parker’s very own Cabernet, whilst creating a comforting feast over the flames and taking in the stunning views over the vineyards.

Every guest receives a warm welcome, tea or proper coffee upon arrival, and their own apron to wear for the duration of the class. All equipment and ingredients are provided, and a copy of the recipes used during the class are emailed to guests so that they can be recreated at home.

It’ll be a day to remember that I can’t wait to share with you.
