Katnook lies in the heart of the famed Coonawarra wine region, and is one of the oldest existing wineries in the region, with a history stretching back to 1867.
Find your inner Zen, in the historic Katnook stables, on Saturday the 9th of July in the historic Stables for an hour yoga flow class hosted by qualified teacher, Laura Earl, from the Nourish Nook.
Following the session a wholesome afternoon tea will be served and paired with a classic Katnook Coonawarra Cabernet.
BYO Yoga mat, limited places available.
