There is no other way to experience all this in one day than via the Outback Jet. Three iconic Australian experiences across two states; three amazing locations and breathtaking scenery. With the convenience and comfort of the Outback Jet, it all begins only 50 minutes into the day.
After stepping off the jet amongst the vines of the Coonawarra in South Australia, guests will be whisked across to Wynns Estate for a unique behind-the-scenes tour which will incorporate a quick change into lab coats and the opportunity for them to try their hand at wine making.
Next stop lunch, at the multi award-winning, 6,000 acre Mayura Station in Millicent, on South Australia’s Limestone Coast. Owner, Scott deBruin, purchased their first live full-blood Wagyu cattle from Japan in 1998 with a vision of producing and marketing highly consistent, premium quality Wagyu beef – their herd is now 7,000 strong. Guests will enjoy a 4-course lunch at Mayura's Tasting Room, showcasing the diversity of premium Wagyu beef. Each course will be matched with a museum release Coonawarra fine wine.
A scenic orbit of the iconic 12 Apostles along the Great Ocean Road completes a very memorable experience day.
