Bay View @ 114 is a modern 2 storey holiday home with excellent sea views from the balcony, accommodates up to 6 guests, not suitable for small children (no safety gates for stairs)
Upstairs
Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove/cook top, fridge freezer, reverse cycle air-conditioner, dining, separate w/c and vanity, lounge with TV & DVD, doors leading out to undercover balcony, outdoor setting & BBQ.
Downstairs
3 bedrooms, main bathroom with full size bath and walk-in shower, separate w/c and vanity. Sitting room with doors leading to rear yard. Laundry with front loading washing machine and dryer, 2nd fridge/freezer.
Fish cleaning facility, plenty of room for parking and boat.
Bed configuration - Downstairs only - bed 1 - QB, bed 2 - QB, bed 3 - 2 singles
Pillows and quilts/doonas are provided you will need to bring all your own linen - pillow cases, sheets, towels, bath mat and tea towels
Garage not for use
Pt Turton has a Tavern, excellent boat ramp and jetty, there is a General Store which stocks groceries, fuel, ice, bait, take away foods, delicious fresh baked goods, PO and EFTPOS facilities.
