Overview

Sleeps up to 9 guests in 4 bedrooms – queen, queen, double and trio bunk, and a portacot: quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring linen and towels.

There is a main bathroom with a bath, separate shower (with small step) and toilet; and 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet; plus another toilet outside.

Ducted evaporative air-conditioning throughout, with reverse cycle air-conditioning in the master bedroom. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and electric heaters.

The master bedroom has a television with USB port and DVD player, with another television (with USB port) and DVD player in the lounge room.

The kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee machine (bring your own Esspresotoria capsules); a large chest freezer, and a separate drinks fridge.

Undercover entertaining area seating plus a hooded barbecue and Weber. A fish cleaning area and off-street boat and car parking. There’s also a crab cooker.
