Family Ties

Overview

Family Ties is a comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home on the esplanade with excellent sea views and accommodates up to 10 guests. Short walk to jetty and all amenities. Open plan kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer and dining area, lounge with reverse cycle air-conditioner, TV, DVD, portable CD player (please note-combustion heater shown in lounge picture is out of order and not for use).
Bathroom with full size bath, separate shower, vanity. Separate w/c, laundry with front loading washing machine.
Gas BBQ, outdoor setting, fish cleaning facility, plenty of room for the boat and parking. Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
Bed configuration - bed 1 -queen, bed 2 - bunk and tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top, bed 3 - tri-bunk.
Pets negotiable- please check with office staff - please note-yard not fully fenced, no fencing or gate across driveway. No smoking inside.
