Located centrally in the middle of town, Number 10 is only 2-3 minutes walk from pubs, cafes, shops and cinema. Built in 1867 as a colonial style cottage from local limestone, it has been fully renovated with quality fittings and furnishings and offers a stylish combination of old world charm with luxurious modern amenities!
It comfortably sleeps 6 adults or up to 10 with children in it's two spacious queen bedrooms and bunk room with 4 bunk beds plus two high density foam mattresses. The lower bunks have high quality innerspring mattresses and are suitable for adults. There are 2 toilets and 2 showers, and the second shower has a small inbuilt bath for children, as well as a laundry.
The kitchen has been completely refurbished including all new fridge, stove and microwave, as well as a range of appliances such as toaster, kettle, slow cooker, sandwich grill and expresso coffee maker. The rear dining area seating 10 has split system air-conditioning, and there is a slow combustion heater in the living room. All rooms have overhead fans.
The inviting outdoor entertaining area seats 10 or more plus car-parking for 2 cars at the rear. It should be noted that the driveway is a shared access driveway with the neighbouring property, and parking in the driveway and towed vehicles are not permitted.
