Grazing Yorkes is one the the biggest cooking schools and event companies on the Yorke Peninsula and founder Emily Barber wants to share her tips and tricks on creating beautiful and delicious meals for your family, friends and dinner parties.

From take home recipe books to what drinks to pair to the menu, you will create a winter pasta feast and then enjoy a shared meal enjoying great food, and drinks in a relaxed and comfortable setting while making connections over food.

The class will include three different pasta dishes - mushroom & spinach Tortellini with a creamy sauce, Basil Farfalle with an Italian tomato sauce and Pappardelle w Slow Cooked Beef Ragu.

In addition, you will also create two classic side dishes - Cheesy Garlic Bread and an Italian Side Salad.

This class will be based in the picturesque coastal town of Ardrossan, 1.5 hours from Adelaide.
