Yorke Peninsula's Saltwater Classic 2020
Next Occurrence : 01 May 2020
Yorke Peninsula’s Saltwater Classic is a biennial event for admirers of wooden and classic boats that have been faithfully restored to keep afloat some of the great traditions of boat building.
The event attracts people from across SA and interstate to display their boats in Stansbury and Port Vincent.
The 10th edition of Yorke Peninsula's Saltwater Classic will be held on the weekend of 2 and 3 May 2020 with spectacular water-based and foreshore attractions including markets, vintage cars and motorbikes, local arts, craft and produce showcasing all the great things about Yorke Peninsula.
With support from the South Australian Tourism Commission and Yorke Peninsula Tourism, Yorke Peninsula's Saltwater Classic has also grown in stature to become an important tourism event in the region.
A defining feature of Yorke Peninsula’s Saltwater Classic is that it is held in open, but relatively protected coastal waters of Gulf St Vincent as distinct from other wooden and classic boating events at Goolwa and along the River Murray.
Due to current advice on public gatherings, please contact the host of this event to confirm it is proceeding as planned.
