Hahndorf has a fascinating history, and an important place in our past.
We can learn the backstory in this year's South Australia's History Festival thanks to Sharon Pippos. Sharon via Hahndorf Walking Tours can take you back in time to understand how the search for freedom from persecution brought German settlers here very early in the colonial era.
BUT if walking is not your thing, come along to her marvellous new doco FILM and go a lot deeper than the tourist shops on Main Street.
