After the unforgettable success of Stills In The Hills last June, Tin Shed Distilling Co. is bringing it back—bigger, brighter, and even more delicious! This time, they're expanding beyond whisky to showcase an incredible lineup of clear spirits and liqueurs. Think refreshing gins, zesty limoncellos, bold amaros, vibrant aperitifs… and yes, plenty of whisky too.
Every ticket includes a branded tasting glass to keep, and with 20 outstanding producers locked in (each bringing a range of creations), you'll have the chance to explore around 80 unique spirits across an unhurried 3.5-hour tasting session.
Event Highlights:

Sample around 80 unique gins, rums, whiskies, brandies, liqueurs and amaros from 20 top South Australian producers
Enjoy inclusive tastings between 1pm and 4:30pm, with each vendor offering at least three samples
