Ashton Hills Vineyard

Adelaide Hills

ATDW pixel
Founded by Stephen George in 1982 Ashton Hills has acquired an international reputation as one of Australia’s finest pinot noir producers.

A unique site in the Piccadilly Valley that has carefully cultivated a range of pinot noir clones over 30 years, the Ashton Hills Vineyard sits 570 meters above sea level and is regarded as a true pioneer in cool climate Adelaide Hills wines.

Their philosophy on the winemaking process is very simple, with a focus on minimal intervention and movement, we are able to capture the true expression of this unique site.

Long regarded as the benchmark for pinot noir, Ashton Hills also produces exceptional riesling, chardonnay, and a wonderful range of sparkling wines. Come and visit the rustic cellar door, with its stunning view over the Piccadilly Valley, and experience the range of award-winning wines.
