The Adelaide Equestrian Festival is the premier equestrian event in the Southern Hemisphere. This Olympic-level event serves as a remarkable platform to showcase equestrian sport and the city of Adelaide as a vibrant tourist destination. The Festival is committed to providing a family-friendly atmosphere, showcasing the historical, deep connection between humans and horses through entertainment, educational programs and world-class competition.
In 2025 the Festival will host the prestigious Oceania Championship a bi-annual teams competition with New Zealand at both Young Rider and Senior level.
Spectators can enjoy over 40 retail stalls showcasing Lifestyle, Equine, Art and Fashion brands. Saviour some of the best South Australian street food and beverages from award-winning wine brands and gin distilleries. The Kids Corral is a free interactive space where little ones can explore their love of horses with arts and crafts, outdoor games and face painting.
