Slow Food SA, Fogolar Furlan, TAFE SA and the Clare Valley Festival of the Lamb are collaborating to deliver a food, fashion and wine experience for the Adelaide Launch of the 2025 Clare Valley Festival of the Lamb.
Plus, you are invited to join them at 5pm for the free cooking demonstrations and wine tastings.
The free cooking demonstrations are by Slow Food SA President Rosa Matto (Gnocchi) and Slow Food SA Chef Judyta Slupnicki (Dumplings) featuring Clare Valley Wunderbar Lamb and Four Leaf Milling Organic Flour. Plus, some tastings of Clare Valley Italian Varieties of Wine from Reillys and Matriarch and Rouge Wineries.
There will be a display from last year's TAFE SA Wool Fashion designs and the launch of the 2025 Tafe SA – "From Farm to Fashion" Wool Designer Awards which this year have an Italian theme.
The ticketed 3-course dinner will start at 6.30pm and be prepared by Vincenzo Spatola, Head Chef of Fogolar Furlan, and guest Chef Judyta Slupnicki Slow Food SA.
Clare Valley Italian Varieties of Wine from Reillys and Matriarch and Rouge Wineries will be available for purchase.
