The Beach Volleyball World Championships is the double-gender world championships for the sport of Beach Volleyball. The Championships are held every two years and are one of the highlights of the sporting year, as well as a much-desired title for the players on the international beach volleyball circuit.
The 2025 World Championships will be held in Australia on the iconic and picturesque shores of the River Torrens in the city of Adelaide (Tarntanya), South Australia. The best 192 men and women from around the globe will compete in this beach volleyball spectacle in November next year. Thousands of dans will enjoy matches, activations and a ‘beach festival’ at The Drive alongside Adelaide’s northern riverbank.
Visiting players, officials, volunteers and spectators will enjoy unique experiences South Australia has to offer across food, wine, beaches, wildlife and nature as the athletes battle it out for the ultimate world title.
