This event will feature a guided tasting of 5 cask expressions from the Tria Prima range, expertly paired with a curated selection of the finest cheeses from Kris Lloyd Artisan Cheese. In an intimate and exclusive tasting, hosted by Dr. Paul Shand, a former geologist turned master distiller. This event will showcase not one, but two of the incredible portfolios from the some of the best producers the Adelaide Hills has to offer. Dr. Paul brings a unique blend of scientific precision and alchemy to his craft, resulting in whiskies that are as fascinating as they are delicious. Kris Lloyd has 20 years of previous work at Woodside Cheese under her belt and has since produced aged cheeses best known for the highly awarded buffalo milk cheeses.
