The trio ready to shape this lunchtime experience each has their own take on fine dining. Chiara Pavan, Baine Stubbs and Lilly Trewartha star in a suite of diverse kitchens, linked by technical prowess and a passion for transformative meals.

Michelin-starred Pavan is based at Venissa on the island of Mazzorbo near Venice: a restaurant whose hyper-local cuisine is shaped by the lagoon it overlooks. This former philosophy scholar also holds a Michelin Green Star, awarded for achievements in sustainability, and draws inspiration from the Veneto region’s rich gastronomic history.

Stubbs is head chef at new Adelaide restaurant Station Road, where classic French cuisine is presented with a mod-Oz twist. He took up the role following time at noted international dining destinations including Melbourne’s Vue de Monde and Ellsworth restaurant inside the Louvre.

Pop-up Izakaya Temporary has earned Hobart chef Trewartha a devoted following. Japanese cuisine emerged as her culinary north star, with authentic methods used to prepare the best seasonal ingredients.
