Starring are Callum Hann, Sharon Winsor and Rose Adam: chefs who champion elevated family-friendly fare and the connections it fosters.

Hann is a man on the go. He co-founded cooking school and health studio Sprout, a trio of restaurants – Adelaide’s Roma and Olive, plus Lou’s Place in the Barossa – has written three recipe books and also works as television presenter. South Australian ingredients and the power of seasonal cooking remain the thread through his adventures.

Ngemba Weilwan woman Sharon Winsor, meanwhile, launched her business Indigiearth to share 60,000 years of Aboriginal culture with the world. Its original range of 25 native foods has since grown to more than 200 products – each sourced from and benefiting local communities.

Adam leads The Middle Store in Adelaide’s Melrose Park, a neighbourhood eatery honouring her family’s Lebanese heritage. Her specialty? Flavourful dishes fusing comfort and finesse.
