Luca has worked in Michelin starred restaurants and some of the most exciting venues and luxury hotels in Italy, France, Switzerland and was executive chef in various establishments for the past 10 years in Australia.
This is an exclusive cooking demonstration with an internationally trained chef where he unveils some culinary secrets behind his beloved region of Veneto in Italy, using South Australian best and seasonal produce. All ingredients are sourced from the Central Markets stalls and shops and prepared live on the stage.
